While Tae Kwon Do is well known for its dynamic kicking, it also encompasses a wide range of techniques to include punches, stances, blocks, strikes and sparring. Tae Kwon Do also features forms, which link movements together as part of a set pattern.
Muay Thai Kickboxing:

However, Thai Kickboxing is unique in the way it approaches close quarters fighting; kicks and knees are a part of the offensive and defensive strategy. It’s often referred to as “the art of eight limbs”; meaning that there are eight striking surface in Muay Thai -2 fists, 2 elbows, 2 knees and 2 feet.
Muay Thai is considered one of the most effective and practical martial arts today. Lately it has increased in popularity in no-holds-barred competitions such as UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championships)

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art that has evolved from the Japanese Judo and Jiu-Jitsu; it consists of
effective and essential ground fighting skills. Most of the techniques address grappling on the ground with submissions such as chokes and arm and leg locks. While there are some takedowns and striking, the emphasis of this discipline features defending or maintaining positional control. Positions are stable situations, from which a large variety of techniques are available to both fighters.
