Some of the systems included in our training regime are as follows:
Tae Kwon Do:
This traditional discipline was developed in Korea over 1,000 years ago and has since become one of the most popular martial arts. While Tae Kwon Do is well known for its dynamic kicking, it also encompasses a wide range of techniques to include punches, stances, blocks, strikes and sparring. Tae Kwon Do also features forms, which link movements together as part of a set pattern.

Muay Thai Kickboxing:
Muay Thai Kickboxing, also known as Thai boxing is a martial art that originated in Thailand. Muay Thai has a similar style to western boxing. However, Thai Kickboxing is unique in the way it approaches close quarters fighting; kicks and knees are a part of the offensive and defensive strategy. It’s often referred to as “the art of eight limbs”; meaning that there are eight striking surface in Muay Thai -2 fists, 2 elbows, 2 knees and 2 feet.
Muay Thai is considered one of the most effective and practical martial arts today. Lately it has increased in popularity in no-holds-barred competitions such as UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championships)
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu:
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art that has evolved from the Japanese Judo and Jiu-Jitsu; it consists of
effective and essential ground fighting skills. Most of the techniques address grappling on the ground with submissions such as chokes and arm and leg locks. While there are some takedowns and striking, the emphasis of this discipline features defending or maintaining positional control. Positions are stable
situations, from which a large variety of techniques are available to both fighters.
Streetwise Self Defense Concepts:
Ninjitsu & Aikido, This life-saving, real world, personal protection system focuses on the skills you’ll need to defend yourself should you ever have to. Quick practical and effective techniques including chokes, escapes and submissions are drilled until they are second nature.
By linking these arts together, our program gradually guides you toward improved fitness and realistic self-defense.
Our professional and highly skilled staff provides you with the necessary steps to develop balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength.
